Patient IJI is a Norwood Class 5 with wavy, brown hair and an above average donor density of 2.5. He had a hair transplant using mini-grafts in the early 1990s. Fortunately, his hairline was set high enough that a repair was accomplished with camouflage alone – without removing any of the larger grafts.
