Hi Dr. Bernstein,

I’ve been thinking about doing something about my hair since 2005. I read as much as I could. I visited at least three (3) practices over the years. I asked my PCP for a prescription for Propecia and I have been using minoxidil since before 2005. After doing all of that I knew that the only other approach to addressing my hair loss and appearance was a hair transplant. You made the difference. First, because you are a recognized expert in the field. But more important is your humility, unassuming nature, down to earth personality and your ability to inspire trust. I know that there are no guarantees about the outcome. But you shared the risks and took the time to explain the options and what to expect – both positive and negative. So whatever happens, I’m very confident that I chose the best practice and the very best doctor to work with.
