I would like to thank you and your staff for the professionalism that was displayed during my procedure. My hair loss has been a distraction in my life over the last several years. I was very apprehensive about the hair transplant industry in general. There seems to always be inconsistencies regarding this industry, making it even more of an emotional impact on the patient’s decision, and commitment to find the right physician for a hair transplant.
It is apparent that you, along with your staff are truly motivated to make sure everything is done for the patient. Being a Paramedic, I was impressed with the treatment that I received. Your bedside manner is a true testament to you as a person and physician. I am typing this letter 3 days after my procedure of 1,900 grafts. I am very anxious to see the results during the months ahead, and am confident that I will be pleased with the results.
