I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Bernstein and the staff for making my experience at your facility as comfortable and pleasant as it was. Everyone who participated in my procedure was courteous, respectful and professional. I realize now that I made the correct choice in making your facility the one for my procedure. I look forward to possibly arranging for a second procedure at your facility. I want to also send a particular thank you out to Dr. Bernstein for arranging a taxi for my trip home.
