Just a note of Thanks!
Dr. Bernstein,
It’s been a week and 3 days since my hair transplant procedure, and I just wanted to say thank you for everything. From scheduling my consultation and my procedure a day apart, to covering my stay at a rather nice hotel, you made this as trouble-free as possible. My consultation with you was brief and to the point; although I failed to bring my list of questions, you were very honest and helpful with your advice.
Your staff was great, and their laid-back demeanor really made me feel at ease.
I’m still using the shampoo and sponge you provided as per my aftercare instructions. The shampoo has not dried my scalp out at all: if anything its keeping my hair somewhat oily.
If these questions would be better addressed to another one of your staff I apologize. I mainly just wanted to say thank you for everything and I look forward to seeing you again for a follow-up evaluation a year from now.
