Dr. Bernstein & Company:
I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how I am doing. I am eleven days post-op. My scabbing/crusting is totally gone. Tomorrow will be my first day back to work, and I have no concern that my procedure will be detected by my co-workers. I have examined my scalp in the mirror under bright lights and I cannot tell that I had anything done. I have a hard time keeping my hands off of my head and feeling the new growth up there. I know that more than likely they will shed and I will have to be patient for the re-growth to appear. I keep hoping that I will be one of the five percent who retains their implants, but will not be shocked it I am not.
I am thrilled with my decision to go ahead with my procedure, and am even more pleased that I chose you and your staff to do the work. You all made me feel very comfortable on a day that I thought would be very stressful. It was in fact an enjoyable day. Probably a small part of that was attributable to the drugs. But seriously, thanks again and I will be seeing you in ten months for an evaluation. Until then, hairs wishing you all the best (No that was not a spelling mistake, but an attempt at humor)!
Your biggest fan,
P. B.
