Dear Dr. Bernstein & All Staff Members-
Just a note to thank all of you for your consideration and professionalism exhibited throughout my transplant last Thursday. You’re pleasant but business-like approach made me feel as comfortable as possible with an obviously stressful experience and I thank that to your conscientious and knowledgeable staff.
It was comforting to feel assured that the process was simply part of your routine and yet not just production line surgery. I am not yet sure I can envision the final result of the procedure but I anxiously look forward to the result.
