Dear Dr. Bernstein,
Thank you for seeing my son last Friday. You took exactly the right approach with him – compassionate but firm. I think the message got through that he is not a candidate for surgery. He seems to be accepting the approach of dealing with his concerns about further hair loss through medication. He asked me to fill the Propecia prescription – which I did the next day. Now his concern seems to be finding a “plain vanilla” bottle to store it in!
Again, thank you for your help and addressing an issue that has caused considerable pain to both my son and myself.
