Patient ZBO was a Norwood Class 5 with straight, white hair with a donor density if 2.0 hairs/mm2. His first procedure consisted of the transplantation of 2,496 follicular unit grafts. ZBO had a second hair transplant procedure of 2,068 grafts for a total of 4,564 grafts over the two procedures. The “after” photos were taken one year following his second procedure.
