Patient MXF was a Norwood Class 4A with a persistent forelock. He has straight, salt and pepper hair of medium thickness, and a donor density of 2.2 hairs/mm2. He had one hair transplant of 1,848 follicular unit grafts. His “after” photos were taken three years following his hair transplant.
