Patient LBI is an advanced Norwood Class 3 with straight, brown hair and a donor density of 2.1 hairs/mm2. He has a particularly asymmetric frontal hairline. After a prior hair transplant, a follicular unit transplant of 1,313 grafts was used to strengthen the frontal hairline and correct the asymmetry.
