I just wanted to send you a letter of thanks. It’s been one year since my second procedure, and I’m very happy with the results. I came to you after looking onto other companies, and one word came to mind after visiting: integrity. Everything that I was told came to pass. All my questions were answered honestly by the staff and patients. Those staff members who were particularly helpful to me during my procedures were: Bernice, Lisa, Nazia, Phillip and Sejal.
I was never rushed to have a procedure. In fact, I was encouraged to wait and think about the procedure instead of making a quick decision. Another company wanted me to undergo a procedure about a half hour after I walked in the door. I was totally prepared for the procedure and post-op, including time frames for healing and hair growth.
I was so pleased that I recommended you to my brother. He just had his first procedure this month and is very excited about the prospect of having hair on his head again. So was I. So thank you very much for the good work you did and the ethics you practice. It’s very refreshing to deal with such a professional organization.
