This letter is to thank you and your staff for the care I received when I had my transplant performed at your facility on August 25.
I am amazed at how pain-free the procedure was and am extremely gratified by the results. Your placement of the grafts is amazing and I am extremely happy and pleased at how far 1,600 grafts can go.
I also would like to that all of your staff who were very competent, courteous and friendly at all times. It truly felt like I was with family during the entire procedure. Everyone showed that they really cared and were trying to provide me with the best possible result.
It was surprised that all of the little details that were described in your brochures were right on the money – even down to the lunch and ice cream sundae!
I would highly recommend your facility to anyone!
