Our surgical hair restoration procedures include: Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation, Follicular Unit Extraction and graft excisions with repair of the underlying skin. In excisions, the hair is re-implanted as individual follicular units. Excisions are often followed in eight weeks by additional hair transplant surgery sessions where the hair is obtained from the donor area.
NJ Cosmetic Surgery Tax
Please note that there is 6% sales tax on all surgical hair restoration services provided in New Jersey, the prices below are inclusive of that sales tax. This is why the NJ fees are higher than in NY.
Surgical Fees
In our New Jersey hair restoration facility, the fee for follicular unit hair transplant sessions is $6.00 per unit.
In our NJ facility, the price for Follicular Unit Extraction procedures is $12.72 per follicular unit. A test (the FOX Test) is used to help determine who are candidates for FUE and is performed prior to scheduling the actual procedure. There is no charge for this test.
The fee for eyebrow restoration is $5,500 plus sales tax.
The cost for corrective hair transplant procedures that involve plug removal and re-implantation is $85.00 per excised graft plus sales tax. There is no additional cost for implanting the hair harvested from these plugs. The excision and re-impantation are performed on the same day.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% is required to schedule a hair transplant session or corrective surgery. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the procedure. The deposit is refundable up to ten (10) business days prior to the hair transplant or repair procedure.
