The Little Orange Box
Lately you may be seeing web sites that have links labeled "XML" or "RSS" or "Atom". These links allow you to receive updates (called "Feeds") from those sites, without having to browse the site each time to check .
This feature is referred to as Syndication, Aggregation, or Subscribing. On our hair transplant site you will see the latest standard orange RSS button. It looks like this: 
This is a sign that the page you're viewing has an RSS Feed available.
How do I receive RSS Feeds?
In order to subscribe to RSS feeds, you need a viewer. There are many viewers available online and most of them are free!
The viewer for a feed is called a "feed reader" (a.k.a. a news reader or RSS reader or RSS client.) Feed readers let you subscribe to any feed you want. The feed reader automatically checks to see when the web sites are updated and then displays the updates.
There are two types of feed readers: web-based and installable programs.

Subscribing to Bernstein Medical Feeds
