Patient BEI has medium weight hair of above average density. Two hair transplant sessions of large minigrafts resulted in a hairline that was too lopsided and pluggy. In the repair, only some of the largest minigrafts in the very front were removed and the hairs from these grafts were subdivided under the microscope and re–implanted. BEI was then treated with Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation with hair harvested from the donor area.
