Patient SFI is a Norwood Class 5, with slightly wavy, fine, white hair. With a donor density that is relatively low (1.6 hairs/mm2). He had two hair restoration procedures totaling 4,137 follicular unit grafts.

View of the top of the scalp after two sessions. Note that over the course of the four years since his first procedure, much of the original hair on the top of his scalp has been lost leaving him mainly with transplanted hair on the top of his scalp. Because of his low donor density and fine hair, he has relatively light, but natural coverage.
