AfterPatient XTW is an Asian-American with a donor density of 1.4 hair/mm2 and an advanced Norwood Class 3 pattern of hair loss with deeply recessed temples. Because of his coarse hair, he had significant fullness after two hair restoration sessions of 1,500 and 1,007 grafts totaling 2,507 follicular unit grafts.
