Dear Dr. Bernstein:

When someone you know goes out of their way to help you; a wonderful feeling is experienced. When a total stranger helps someone in need; that wonderful experience becomes so much more meaningful.

For over three years I have put off having this fix done, firstly I was afraid I would find the wrong doctor – like I did with my first one, but the main reason was the cost. Having not worked since 2007, I found the expense much too great. So I put it off but the stress of what was on my head finally got to me and I had to do something.

So I did some research and was led to you. I first want to thank your wonderful staff. You have a great team and I am sure you are proud of them and what you have created. They had the perfect combination of professionalism mixed with humor, undoubtedly gleaned from you.

The true reason for this note though is to thank you for your unbelievable generosity with me. You understood my situation and in the end gave me extra grafts over what we had discussed. I am truly overwhelmed by you amazing munificence and have thought daily about the gift you gave me to make this surgery as successful as it could be.

Of course presently I have no idea what it will look like, but am certain that I will be able to remove my hat with confidence, something I have not been able to do for years. I have never had a hero in my life, but I do now. I truly appreciate your benevolence.

I had the honor of meeting Dr. Bernstein and his staff for my consultation appointment. I want to thank you for your professionalism and for a wonderful consultation. Dr. Bernstein was caring, honest and committed to his patient care. Unfortunately, 3 years ago, I had a hair transplantation procedure from a “Big Name” company that does not look after the patient’s best interest and pays top dollar for marketing!
